A two-car collision occurred on April 4, 1963, where Beaver road and Thirteenth avenue intersected near the city of Wautoma
in Waushara county. At the time of the accident both road surfaces were gravel. Beaver road ran in an easterly-westerly direction
and Thirteenth avenue intersected it from the south. At the point where the two roads intersected and immediately south of
Beaver road was a grassy triangle which divided the traveled portion of Thirteenth avenue and caused it to split northwesterly
